The Duke of York is and amazingly beautiful and well maintained liveaboard that perhaps comes very close to how the ideal Maldivian safari boat should look like. The vessel is very practical, with all public spaces exactly on the right spot, is super atmospheric and is maintained in a top condition. With a dedicated spa room on board for a nice massage, this is a real diamond!
On the lower deck we find 6 standard cabins in a layout that could not be more flexible. Two of them are having double plus a single bed, tow of them are twin and the last two can be configured as twin or double. The main deck houses only one twin cabin as most of the space is reserved for the very cosy lounge. On the upper deck, finally, we find another 3 twin cabins, of which one can also be configured as double if needed. The lounge is extremely well naturally ventilated because of the spacious windows in front and is an amazing place to gather with a unbeatable view. On the bow you find a large couch that is always faced towards the breeze and therefore a great place to be. Most of the season the Duke of York concentrates mainly on the central atolls but of course in February and March the Southern Atolls are visited for some great dives with the pelagics.
